Headliner Bow question
« on: November 02, 2007 - 04:38:49 PM »
Is there anyone out there that can take a picture of the headliner bows for a 70-71 5 bow Challenger installed, with just the bows? I have not got a clue, how these bows stay in, all I have is a square hole with no way to actually keep the bow in place, am I missing some clips or something? because this does not make any sence to me.

How in the world do the bows stay in place in a huge square hole?

Not that I ever did this before, but I can see it in my mind here. Your bows insert into that cup-like thingie, and that slides into the large rectangular opening. That's my guess.

Thanks a million Man, YOU ARE AWESOME!!! I owe ya.
It seemed like a stupid question but I switched from GM about 8 years ago and never had to do a headliner on a mopar, and GM's are a no-brainer, just stick the bow in the right hole, I never saw one that had a big square hole before, Thanks again, and thanks for the pictures, they will help.  Thanks Dave
