Yes , all you need is a sure grip [posi] case , measure the back lash between the Gears Before removing the ring gear & open case & mount the ring gear on the sure grip , rest the backlash between the gears & re install the carrier into the diff housing & reset the axle end play
there are 3 types of sure grip , the cone / Auburn style [worst type], once they are worn you throw them out , 2]the clutch type , rebuilable 3] the torson type , excellent design but you have to use the poor design "green" axle brgs
