« on: February 02, 2004 - 02:49:46 AM »
i was watching the barrett jackson auction a little while back, and a 69 challenger t/a rolled up on the block. it was the most beautifull thing i had ever seen. it had an awsome light blue paint job, ...  ??? and thats it. i know nothing about the car. the muscle car of my dreams and i cant find a bit of info on it. i was wondering if anyone could help me out with this. im new to the whole muscle car deal so if you could make it simple...

thanks

It would have been built in 1969 but it's classed as a 1970 as are most car's, there built one year before there "classed" year ;D

Welcome aboard mate to CCC!!!  8)

If you like them that much it isn't impossible to own one  ;)

We'd all be happy to hlep with any questions you may have. Check out www.ebay.com and enter "Challenger" as your search key word. Then click on highest priced and check out some really good buys, who knows you might see the one you like for the cash you would pay. Then you'll really have a favorite car, one of your own  :D

Welcome aboard Trando... you've come to the right place for Cuda's and Challenger's... but like everyone else said... Challenger's weren't made until 1970... production was usually started around July of the previous year...

Hope you enjoy it here! :D

Welcome to the board Trando!  If you post a pic here of a car (e-body) that you like, we could probably tell you something about it...year, model, etc.
