Just thinking back I find it strange that most of the guys I was friends with were mopar lovers also.  Most are still good friends.  One of my friends is into 1970 Super Bee's.  And several were into E-Body or A body cars.  I started out driving a 1964 Barracuda.  Then I got another then another then I got one to make into a race car.  Then I got into E-Bodies and have loved them ever since.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

I have several "Mopar" friends.   :grinyes:  I guess it takes another Mopar person to understand us....    :2thumbs:

You make friends  in what ever circles you travel in so most of my friends have always been car guys , some are not though
There are good & bad people in every crowd , one of the only true enemys I have is a hard core mopar guy as well... to bad he doesn`t defect to the GM side  :banghead:

I tell ya what, most of the people I meet and work with don't like mopars - it makes me feel unique.  I'm proud to say "Mopar or No Car!!!"

The people I hang around with are like, what is that piece of junk you are driving?  Why does it make so much noise?  Are the doors supposed to rattle when you close them?  Why is it so hot in here?   :roflsmiley:

I do have a few new friends that I have met at some local shows this summer.   :cooldancing:

The guy who has restored several of my Mopars, and my wife's '66 Mustang, is now also my best friend, even though I didn't know him until he restored my '73 Charger back in '89. Kind of a gradual thing - the more cars he did for me, the better we hit it off, and now we're best buddies.

The only true friend that is a Mopar guy is my father, and I converted him from the Bowtie.      The rest of my friends are Bowtie and Blue Oval fans.  That is okay, because we all have fun making fun of each other.

I have worked both for the bowtie and the blue oval in the corp world.  Never got the chance to work for chrysler in that respect.  I tried several times but never got to work that way.  I do have some that are with both camps but the ones that are the best are Mopar guys.
