He had a good time too!  :burnout:

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

That would have left a brown stain on my seat for sure.   :scared:  :scared:  :scared:

I now don't regret putting hood pins on my car.  :grinno:

Looks like it wasn't too far away from that truck.  :scared: I was riding with a buddy of mine & he had his hood fly up on his 65 Ford truck. We made it to the shoulder & we had to check for skid marks & not from the tires!!  :smilielol: For a fix, he used a reneck hood pin, called a hasp and padlock!!  :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley:

I know of a guy that has gone through two fiberglass six pack hoods on his 69 Roadrunner cause he forgot to use the pins that are already there!

Ditto for a friend of mine in his 69.5 6 Pack Super Bee!  Not too much damage thankfully!!!  He just remembers driving down the street then seeing his hood fly over the roof!  :roflsmiley:

That almost happened to me once in my race car.  I remember them right before I got into the burnout box.  That never happened again.   :grinno:
