Yeah, I already have mine welded on. It would kind of suck to be driving down the road and have your quarter panel fall off. Actually, it probably works just fine. The welding didn't take nearyly as long as i thought. The mock up and getting peices to fit and getting alignment was a different story. I did the dutchman panel and trunk gutter as i was doing the quarter. not a lot of fun, but i was impressed with myself after i actually finished.

You dont see any seem you mud them seem up just like you would after welding them on to smooth out between panels.

hope you enjoy seeing the seam thru the paint.

Do you mean that paint breaks when unsteady glueded seam moves? I think so. I know some body shops here in Finland use glue, but my friend who has a body shop, said that welding is the only right way to do it.

If someone has glueded and there is no complications after few years, thats good.

What the duramix video you will see that it is the way to go but everyone has there own way of doing things my husband likes welding it also but his buddy showed him this way and he likes it also.

Tack weld it on there 1st.

Then, fit the rear valance and bumper on it to make sure it all fits before the final welding.
