How hard to install a turn signal lever

Just got a nos lever and was wondering if a mechanically challenged person- me- could intall it.

It isnt hard remove the steering wheel and then colar and you will see two screws that is all there is to it.

I believe there is only one screw holding the lever on.

You need to pull the crush can off to get to the switch & there is a single bolt holding he arm through the switch
