Weatherstrip Adhesive

Curious what is the best adhesive to use on weatherstripping for the trunk lid and doors.  Appreciate your opinion and thanks.

Hey Trout.   I used a product that I think was 3M and was black.  It is designed for weatherstriping. Had good luck.  Don't over do with the adhesive though.  A little does the job.

That is the stuff I use 3M black weather strip adhesive. Clean up any mess right away and a little goes along way.

Read the original post again.  I only used the adhesive on the trunk weatherstripping.  The door strip snapped on with the little plastic clips................
