    How can it be 540% full?  Is there a new limit now?   :clueless:   :pullinghair:

    yep, there is a new limit now.  our database is huge and takes forever to back up.  i also get heat for the amount of space we use.  so for now on, 20 messages in your box max.  if something is important enough to keep, then its important enough to take up your own harddrive space for!

    Wow, over 1,000 pm's , but I finished :bigsmile:  Hard to get under 15 pm's, but it was time to clean my room, lots of memories gone tho

    cleaned up my in-box..  over 200 messages  then cleaned out the out-box about the same but no effect on % used

    I just saved them to Notepad on my computer.  I just created a file to hold them, pretty easy.  Though 20 PM's isn't very many.  I bet if you purged members that haven't visited in say 2 yrs that would help.  Plus that ma free up some of the "better" names. :2cents:

    I delete all my PMs, always have, always will. Unless it has an address which I keep for a couple of days until the item has reached said address. But, in that case I'll usually jot the addy down on paper and delete the PM. I guess having OCD is the reason for keeping it clean and tidy lol. ;D

    Al, I prefer email to PMs anyway. I am pretty sure my email addy is available by clicking on my user name, let me double check.......

    edit - Yep, it is there, just click on my user name then my email addy and you are good to go.  :thumbsup:
