quick LIGHT BAR QUESTION...
« on: February 21, 2008 - 02:43:37 PM »
ok, I had rally guages in my car, but it was incorrect...so now I'm back to putting my standard cluster in, and my question is, is the 4 light bar for rally only...I see 3 light/bars on ebay .....someone on there mentioned the 4 light is for rally's only..I just thought it was correct for my 1970...do I need to switch to the 3 light bar??

hope this made sense..

If you are going correct this time around, yes you need the standard light bar. You are in luck since you could probably buy 2-3 std light bars for the price of what I have seen one rallye light bar bring.   :ebay:

70 Mustang Mach 1
07' Toyota Tacoma Prerunner Dbl cab in Speedway Blue!
01' Honda 1100 Shadow Sabre

How much do they sell for on ebay?  I  have an extra one, it still has a $10.00 price tag on it from Carlisle last year, I could probably ship it for another $5.

At that price, I'll take it. You want my zip?

I can look out in my totes and see if I got a 3 light bar. If so you can have it for 10 bucks. I got some other non rally dash stuff to if you name some of the stuff you need...ALAN

yup, the rallye light bar's are collectors items. You wont even have to include  "for Hemi cars" and its still gonna bring over $100$

Here's one that went for $150 and closed only 4 days ago

ok, I have my new restored light bar from the guy on ebay who is restoring them..it looks great...like new...nice lenses all rivited back in properly etc.

Anyway, I put the 3 bulb harness in, and I have a harness/wire for the small light on the end that lights up the control panel (its the yellow wire)...this wire has been cut..should it have one of those small male end plugs like the 3 bulb harness has?...do these both plug into the same 3 hole female plug in the dash?

Thanks..

I think the end of that yellow wire is some kind of special flat, black colored one that goes to a connector which comes off the time delay relay. If you can wait till the snow melts from my garage door I can give you a better idea.
