Splash guards?
« on: January 06, 2008 - 10:43:43 PM »
Not sure if this is the right name.  It's the plastic part that bolts to the frame rails on the front end (front of passenger tire).

Any 70-74 E-body will work.  The pic is the part needed.

Thx

The starter shield is the only 1 that looks familiar.  I need the passenger side, these are bolted to the frame.  The 1st ebay auction pic looks different and is riveted.

I'll try to post  a pic.

Hey Katfish - bullitt is correct. You need the little rubber flappy one for the rear of the passenger side and the one in the picture you posted for the front right. I was getting the rubber ones yesterday from a local (in Calgary) Mopar dismantler. I still need the front right but will just buy a repro. Gotta get this thing going soon!!!! Also I learnt that the B body 71-72 rubber flappy things are the same as well.

Boy, I'm really confused.  Aren't the rubber pieces removeable when adjusting the upper control arms.  There are 2 of these on each side right near the UCA bolts?  These are mounted to the fenderwalls.

I need the hard molded plastic pieces that bolt to the frame rails and hand down toward the ground.

Only one side hangs down, on the drivers side is the starter shield nothing on the passenger side...correct about the rubber pieces.
