It has been about ten years since I have been.  But, I am going in two weeks.  My wife got me tickets for Christmas.

Thanks for getting me even more excited.  :jumping:  :jumping:

Its been years since I been to one, I still remember the original Bigfoot driving down the street in Springfield Ill. around 1980 or so.   :roflsmiley:   remember seeing it just can't remember the year. The monster trucks were in Ioea Friday night and in Georgia the next?

The Monster Truck circuit has blown up just like wrestling (for lack of a better comparison), and there are multiple shows going on across the country all the time.  I've even seen the same trucks (I think Grave Digger has 3 or 4 running all the time) running on the same weekend.  You just have to look at the drivers' names to see where the big events are.

My step son and I went a couple of weeks ago and it was cool.  I would like to go again to where they could use all of HP they had.  It was a moster truck event and there was a new dodge there that will get better and better.  Just to feel that Hemi shake the seats was cool.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

I've been to ones indoors & outdoors.  I liked the outdoors one better, in the small arena I went to they didn't have room to do anything.

Monster truck shows are awesome. If it's indoors take ear plugs though.

I forgot to take them and my ears were ringing all night.   :grinyes:

It's loud and something usually gets torn up!!  :burnout:

Very true.  I recorded a few of the races, but everytime I did not tape it, something huge would happen/break.   :banghead:

Yep . .  been there done that.  I like listening to the cool ass trucks racing around the silver dome here in Michigan.  I've seen the tractor pulls, monster trucks and other type of shows but my favorite show is the nitro cars at the US Nationals.  The power they have is  :screwy:
