440 Fan and Fan Clutch.
« on: January 15, 2008 - 12:14:40 PM »
Hey guys.   I have a 7 blade fan directly(with a spacer) mounted to the water pump now.  I think I really should put on the real deal.  Does anyone have a preference as to what brand, etc I should use?  I don't have to have original type, just something that will cool properly. :1zhelp:

I have heard that the Mopar Performance 5 blade clutch fans work much better than the originals.

Are flex fans dangerous?  Or were the stories I heard of blades snapping from stress fatigue and flying through hoods and fenders just myth?

(Truly asking - not being sarcastic.)
