Other sites forbid posts about poltics & religion, for the reasons already seen above. It may be time to this site to do the same thing?

Some threads only lead to bickering because very few can agree on politics or religion.

Your personal beliefs are yours just as mine are mine.

Just be thankful that you live in a country where your are not persecuted for your beliefs, I am.

Peace everyone.

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Yes, I had ENOUGH peace and prosperity during Clinton's term.  Things are going SO much better now...

And I had enough of his lack of honor and integrity, as well as his "magic growing projected budget surplus", every time he needed money for one of his little projects, which is most likely the direct cause of the major spending deficit that showed up right after he left office.

Never liked that man.  Absolutely despise his carpetbagging wife.  I'm registered an Independant, but will likely switch to Democrat just so I can vote AGAINST her ass in the Primary elections.

I'd LOVE to see a Gulianni vs. Obama race for the Presidency.  I'd be happy with whoever got elected out of those 2.

Stephen Colbert for write-in ya'll!!  I won't get into this here, but I must say the last time I voted it was for the "better of two evils".  This year is showing more potential, but I fear the worst...

Yes, I had ENOUGH peace...during Clinton's term.

1993:  Mir Aimal Kansi, a Pakistani, fires an AK-47 assault rifle into cars waiting at a stoplight in front of the Central Intelligence Agency headquarters, killing two and injuring three others

1993:  Failed New York City landmark bomb plot
1994:  In the Brooklyn Bridge Shooting, Rashid Baz kills a Hasidic seminary student and wounds four on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City in response to the Cave of the Patriarchs massacre
1995:  Terrorists in Karachi, Pakistan, armed with automatic rifles, murdered two American consulate employees
1996:  Centennial Olympic Park bombing
1995:  An Amtrak Sunset Limited train is derailed by anti-government saboteurs near Palo Verde, Arizona
1997:  Ali Abu Kamal opens fire on tourists at an observation deck atop the Empire State Building
1998:  U.S. embassy bombing in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania by al-Qaeda
1998:  U.S. embassy bombing in Nairobi, Kenya by al-Qaeda
1999:  Ahmed Ressam is arrested on the United States–Canada border in Port Angeles, Washington (he confessed to planning to bomb the Los Angeles International Airport as part of the 2000 millennium attack plots)
2000:  The last of the 2000 millennium attack plots fails, as the boat meant to bomb USS The Sullivans sinks

Yes, I had ENOUGH...prosperity during Clinton's term.

Which of Mr. Clinton's economic policies do you credit most for the prosperity (besides, of course, signing the largest tax increase in history after spending much of his '92 presidential campaign criticizing George Bush for raising taxes)?

I enjoy these types of posts.  I find them informative on how both sides feel about an issue. At the same time I do agree with Barry.  I would not want these types of posts to cause dissension among our group.  We have a good group here.  As long as these types of posts are allowed you do not have to click on them if you don't like their content.  I am thankful I live in a country where I am not persecuted for my beliefs.  I will continue to read these type of posts and will hold no animosity against anyone who does not agree with me.
