Challenger front and rear valances.....70 rear filler panel.....
« on: January 25, 2008 - 10:21:20 PM »
I am selling a front and rear valance off a Challenger. They are pretty beat up. The front is pretty clean, with only a skim coat, but it has the mounting area on one side cut off. The rear is all banged up and has body filler. It is an R/T with the cutouts. I will take $20 each on those.  The rear filler panel is brand new Goodmark and it is for the 70. I will take $50 for that. If you want pictures, email me at nvmy74@comcast.net
I cannot post photos on here as they are too large for this site. maybe the moderators should tell us how to shrink them down, instead of doing it themselves.

I don't think you need help from the moderators - They are busy enough.
You can just shrink the pictures with Microsoft Paint, as I did with your avatar, attached below.

1) Open the picture file in MS Paint.
2) At the top of the screen, select the dropdown menu called 'Image'
3) Within that 'Image' dropdown, select the option called 'Stretch/Skew' (I think that option is called something different in Vista)
4) In the 'Stretch and Skew' menu, select a horizontal and vertical reduction percentage, and click 'OK'.
5) At the top of the screen, select the dropdown menu called 'File', and select 'Save As', and save your resized file.
Hint: When saving, you have an option of file type...Save it as a jpeg (.jpg) file, which is much smaller than a bitmap (.bmp) file.

Depending on the version of Windows (and MS Paint) that you have, the options may look different, but it works the same.

Would you be able to ship the filler panel?

Yes, I can ship the filler panel. It is long so I will probably have to go out and but a tube. Give me a zip code to ship to and I can give you a quote.

Here are the pics. I forgot that the front valance is very clean, rust free, just has that piece missing from the one side. The rear valance is rusted but it doesn't look rotted, except the mounting tabs will need to be fixed.

Here is a link that explains how to resize pics, along with other important information, which has been posted here for about 2 years now.

Also, please include your location in your for sale posts.  Thanks.
