« on: January 31, 2008 - 05:30:36 PM »
Hi. Being I live in Ontario Canada, I,m restoring a 70 Cuda, and most parts come from USA, that said, what supplier in the USA, would you say is the best all around for parts, from sheet metal to weatherstring, gasket kits, bolt and screw kits etc etc Thanks Ps  Wouldn,t Nigel from National Mopar Parts He,s only a hour away, just order his stuff from you people in the USA, and be the middle man. ??

I do get some parts from them. But i find there prices a little higher and not as nice to deal with but that is just my experience. Thought nationalmoparts would be better since he lived right in Ontario.

I'm in manitoba and I've used the boys at National Moparts.  Just recently I found a guy that imports parts for me.  So I can order them from US websites and have them shipped to his PO Box just over the border.  He charges me cheap for the import and transport to his shop.  If you hunt around you may find someone like that.  Try the local mopar club. :canada:

Hay Darkhawk where are you from in Manitoba? I have a few friends in Winnipeg. We go to some shows togather. We have went to the Mopar Nats a few times as well as other ones around the local states. We go up there for shows also. In 06 we brought the T/A up there for the Mopars and Friends show. We get togather a few times a year. One of them owns Ground up Restorations in Transcona. Ray has stuff shipped to my house and when we get togather ( us going up there or them comming here ) they get it. There are a couple others that have shipped here and somhow they get it the same as Ray does. When we go up we mostly stay with Ray and they stay here when they come down to shop or pick up parts or we are going to a show. Do you belong to the Manitoba Mopars? That's how we met in the first place was though car shows. Most of us met almost 20 years ago at car shows. Time really flies! You meet the best people at car shows. In july of 07 we meet a bunch of the CC.Com members in Carlisle.

Do you know these people?

Both of these pics were taken in June 07 at our place. Ray, his wife  and Roger and his wife were here for a few days and we all went to Mopar in the Park. Roger was changing his oil as he didn't have time before they left Winnipeg.

Rare_T_A  I'm from Winnipeg.  I know of the MB Mopar Association and been to some of their shows but haven't joined up yet.  They seem like a good group of guys.  I keep meaning to become a member but between travelling for work and working on cars I haven't found the time.  I've got two cars to finish before I can go snake on my Cuda.  Finishing up my sons 68 sport fury and wifes 63 valiant.  Other son wants me to do his 68 VIP this spring as well.  Too many cars not enough time.  You'll have to message me if you are coming into town again.
