Here is a road test from one of my old car magazines. A 1969 Plymouth Road Runner with 440-6 Bbl. From Drag Racing magazine, June, 1969.

I think this is the only 440 B-body I'll ever own...  :walkaway:  ...in 1/24 scale...



1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Ronnie sure got an impressive 1/4 mile with that car... 12.98 @ 111.66.

Thanks!! I love reading the old road tests and adds.
They are fun to read. I'll post another in a day or so. I think I'll pick a magazine which tests both a '69 440 'Cuda and a 440-6 Pack Super Bee. The Super Bee ran the 1/4 mile in the 13.40 range.
