    Stainless lines

    Planning on bending my own stainless lines for brakes and fuel. Any different than bending/flaring mild steel? I know its alot more brittle than the mild steel.

    It is a lot tougher to flare (double flare) and you should use a flaring tool designed to work with stainless.  Of, course those flaring tools are more expensive.  :faint:

    I would either use mild steel or buy prebent stainless lines , I have broken flraing tools trying to bend it myself , prebent will be cheaper in the long run
