Shifter rods,and levers information.

Need help

I bought some repro shift rods from eparts.The 1st and 2nd  rod does not line up to the lever to short.I might have the wrong levers not sure.I had nothing to begin with the car was a shell.I have the correct hurst shifter for my 70 cuda.Does anyone have pictures of the correct levers  and rods for the 70. Thanks, Bob

the factory shift levers have the rectangle slot & 2 round holes for the rods to connect to , if you use tthe hole closer to the pivot it will shorten the shift throw , the 1-2 lever is stepped outward & the rod comes in from behind the lever ,closer to the trans case
