Decided to reskin the car. need panel recommendations
« on: April 14, 2008 - 10:22:41 AM »
Hello all, Car is finally back in my possession. Moved to a different state and just had it shipped out to me this week. Decided on redoing the body. I have noticed a lot of comments about Goodmark panels. The only negative was the Challenger fender's lower line. I don't have to worry about that as mine is a Cuda. Looking to order both front fenders, both rear full factory quarters  and the rear dec betweenthe back glass and the trunk lid. Possibly will order the tail panel the tail lights go into as well. Not sure.
Can anyone recommend a contact. This is a large purchase for me and concerned about some of the reputations I have seen posted about some of the dealers. No call back and things of that nature after the purchase if there are any issues. I believe Mopardave handels these products? I sent a private message but haven't received a response yet. Any takers? Looking for pricing and availablity.

MoparDave at www.rosevillemoparts.com is a board member and is very knowledgeable on restorations liek this. I bought all mine from Jeff at www.moparsupercenter.com. they do not stock near as much as Dave, but since I was buying my XV suspesnion from them as well I was able to work a very good deal, better than ebay prices. Speaking of Ebay Columbia aoto parts and Adeals are two vendors there that drop ship and sell cheap. You won't get any tech support out of them as they just resell with a little markup, making it up in volume. Many members here have bought from all these vendors. My suggestion is to buy as much from one person as you can, you get the best prices and support that way. Good luck.

I've done a lot of business with Columbia on ebay. FYI the cuda fenders aren't out yet, maybe this summer.
