room from right side if radiator to top of inner fender....then I can mock up what you have with my washer bottle there & see if there's room for your overflow or at least give you some #s to look for a different overflow,

Maybe you could look at a factory 70 model bottle seeing as you have a large radiator and need the room with something that would fit.

Just plumb your overflow to the bottom of your washer bottle and use it as your catch can unless you plan on making the washers work. This is plumbed into my washer and it works like a late model by pulling the overflow back into the radiator as it cools

Ok, I quickly tossed the overflow in where I had mocked it up. Wifes gonna kill me.LOL  I'm not opposed to using a different year bottle, just figured the holes would be there already for a later one.

Tom

Here is a couple shots There is 2" of clearance up the front.  The Radiator is outside that.

That is the idea, I'd like to get them working.

Thanks Tom

No way would a "73 style washer bottle fit....your radiator must be a little narrower than mine. with the bottle in it fills the 3" at the bottom of at frame & at the top is 5" wide which on my car would leave a cavity of 7+" high 5" wide at the bottom.  On my small block car it would be possible to relocate the washer bottle back about 3" leaving very little, maybe 1-1.5"clearance to the alternator.
Have you considered mounting the overflow on the front side of the support?..Seems like an easy solution.

I might have to relocate it to the other side.  This Overflow will work like Got Jobs too, it allows the coolant to go back to the Rad too.

What does the 71 tank look like?  Is it the same as a 70?

Well, i ended up moving the tank to the radiator flange, worked out pretty good.  I think I got enough room to get the Washer tank in there now.

Thanks for the help everyone.

Now who has the cheapest washer tank and motor and hoses?LOL
