4 post lift. Bend Pak or Pro Park?

I know there have been a lot of discussions on 4 post lifts, but I have it personally narrowed down to 2 lifts: the Direct Lift Pro Park 9 Plus, and the Bend Pak HD-9WX.

Does anyone have any opinions about either company, good or bad? I'm not really looking for differences in the actual models. I'm looking more for opinions as to overall safety, design, customer service, etc of Bend Pak and Direct Lift themselves.

I have two Bend Paks and the next two will be Bend Paks (still saving up the  ) I give them a    Customer service has been great,the designs are VERY strong.
