What problem did you have with PG Classic? I have always had great luck with them and their products have always been of good quality. Maybe I am just lucky.

I ordered $1800 worth of parts back in March...That order was missing 1 part and received wrong parts.  So i give them another try $1100...and I get my shipment today...again missing parts and another wrong part.  So i call them and all I get is an angry female with a bad attitude and broken English.  Is there anyone else around that i can get the same stuff from.  I would like to spend my $ with someone who has some decent customer service.  They are awful to deal with.  Absolute idiots!!!!

I bought stuff from them a few years back off of Ebay.  After winning and auction (or buy it now-I can't recall)and getting no response to my communications after 3 weeks including phoning him and getting his Dad? w/no English I assumed the worst and filed a claim and got my money back through Ebay/Paypal.  He then requested a few times that I withdraw the negative feedback which cannot be done.  He said he was away for a few weeks (but never thought about his closing auctions?).  Others have had good luck since I hear but I'll stay away.  I have little confidence in the quality of the Chinese stuff anyway.

I ordered a set of headlight trim rings for my Challenger. After receiving them, one had a blister bubble in the chrome about the size of a dime. I called Peter and explained it to him and he sent a replacement. If I recall correctly, shipping time was about two weeks from Canada.

Stuff happens but he did take responsiblity and corrected the issue.

You can pay more $$ for the same stuff from BE&A Parts.  This is the U.S. version of PG Classics.

Also Mopardave here on the board sells some of their stuff and is/was great to work with.
