fender tag questions?????

So I am purchasing a 70 R/T, I have another thread with pic of the car.
Here is the fender tag, I am wondering if there is anything odd or is it normal?
Is it missing anything it should have or is there anything added that seems out of place?

I have ZERO knowledge on this E body stuff so that is why I am asking......

thanks for decoding it, I didn't get them all figured out as of today and thanks to you I have my answers.
One thing, I am sure it was built in 12-2-69 and not 71

All the codes are not right. The car was built in L.A. going by the vin sequence. Cool car for sure with 440 and air, at least to me its a cool as hell combo. I love my air conditioning. The only funky thing is the stripe delete and R/T hood vinyl but that would just add to the mystique and break up all that beautiful green.

Nick, when you look at the tag and see the color listed one on top of the other that means it is a hardtop. No vinyl top on that car, just some pretty green

Yep, no vinyl top coded, just paint. Odd that someone would add a top, most folks delete them if they make a change.......

Have you checked the body numbers yet?

body numbers... I remember checking only the one on the cowl and if I remember correctly it was right. I never did check the others, heck I have no idea where they are. I know where they are on a B body but not an E body, are they in the same locations?
