Barry.....I agree with Jeff. There's nothing in NJ. Delaware has no sales tax. I should no, I live 5 mins from the main mall in Delaware. The best shopping is down at the outlets by the beaches. So if you have someone thats traveling with you that loves to shop then Delaware is the place. Good example is when my wife's cousin came up from Texas, we went to the outlets for the Coach store. Lets just say my cos spent ~ $1000 for several bags.
