Recommendations for Paint / Body shops in North Carolina
« on: June 15, 2008 - 09:17:03 PM »

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong category:

I'm looking to have my Barracuda painted in the next month or so, and I'm looking for any recommended body shops in North Carolina.

I live in Raleigh, but would drive just about anywhere near here.  I've kind of decided that a small shop in a nearby town would probably end up doing a better job for less than the guys here in the city anyway, so I'm willing to drive.

And I actually have a very different idea of what I would like to do with my car:  I know a lot of people won't like this, but I've decided to go with a flat black.  Think the flat black that lots of people are using for rat rods nowadays or of the Nova in Grindhouse.  (actually, its all the rage now in high end exotics too -- personally I just think its cool)

It should save me a ton in materials -- but I still want the body work done straight.  So a hot rod shop or something like that would work too.

Thanks,
Covert

Hey Covert,

Their is nothing wrong with your request buddy, All siad and done, it is your car at the end of the day and done right will look way cool.  Would look awesome in flat Black with Glossy Black stripes.   What car is it ? :2thumbs:
