600 CFM Edlebrock Carb on a mild 360?

I'm putting together a mild 360 and was thinking of the Edlebrock vs the Holley since this car will simply be a cruiser. Is the 600 large enough? It appears they jump to 750? Thanks, George in tallahassee

the 600 will work but it will leave some power on the table
if it was my 360 it would get a Holley But it would get a 750 for sure & the Thunder / Avs series is far better then the AFB series

Great carb. Well worth the extra $$ for the ease of secondary tuning. I run one on my 318, love it.

600 should be fine, maybe not the snappiest low end response. But it will due run/drive just fine.
