the Avenger is a basic street carb with choke , easily tuned , the HP series & Proforms are more race carbs with no choke & even more tunability which is especialy good for enignes with low vacuum a bigger cams

So then i'll have to check the vacuum of my engine and if it's low, i'd better go for a HP or Proform?

If the gain in HP is about equal with all three carbs, i'd prefer an easy to tune Avenger.

Makes sense , the Hp carbs will offer a bit more gain & generally these cars are not driven in cold weather so the choke is no real factor except for the first 2-3 minutes when you start it up cold

My rear tires are 255/60R15. Would be awesome if you can calculate my gear ratio from that!

I'm living partially in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

so using a diameter of 27" for that size of tire  and 3500 rpm at 70 mph

Rear End Gear Ratio  4.017857142857143  ?

your speedo might be off ?  Might use a Neverlost (GPS) to get an actual vehicle speed as obviously the above number doesnt equate to an availble gear ratio.   Id guess you have 3.91s or 4.10's   but thats a guesstimate

Cool.  I am fortunate to be able to say that I have been there, been there and been there.   Beautiful places.
