What are those holes for?????????

  Down on the fender wells toward the front there are squarish looking access type holes big enough to put your hand through, looks like maybe acccess to the calipers was the idea but I dunno is there a reason for those opennings??

It's so you can get to the cam bolts when you do an a alignments

The tar paper is for the lowest part of the fender well. Sell the yellow circle?  That should be steel with 2 screws
