We as G&D Musclecarparts did alright selling even though the economy wasnt so great. We are now going to focus on trying to get some sales going with free shipping to the Mopar Nationals if any one is interested please feel free to ask about any and all parts you might need.

Hope all that sold there did well.

  Hi, I was wondering how you turned out up there. I heard sales were slow. Did it atleast pay your fuel and lodging? Hope so.

We did a lot better then I thought we were going to do. Now we are focusing on the Mopar Nationals and hoping to generate some sales by doing the free shipping to there too. Did anyone from CC.com sell anything and how did they do over all?

Glad to see you did good!! I'm thinking the fuel prices haven't hurt the hobby to bad. We have taken our cars for pleasure drives even with the gas high. I hope other have also.

I sold a few things, but mostly I was just getting rid of spare parts.  The guy who let me share his spot was doing lousy until Sunday.  He sold more in 4 hrs on Sunday morning than he had the other two days.  There didn't seem to be as many people buying parts as in past years,

Amanda, I tried to find you Sunday about noon & couldn't,  I wasn't sure if it was because you had already left or I just couldn't remember where you were supposed to be.

I was there all day and I notice that the traffic in the parts area looked very lite...

I had a good time there and think sales were very sporadic. I saw a lot of people walking around carrying big body parts like door panels and hoods, but most of the vendors I spoke to were not too happy with sales. I brought 3 carburetors and sold two of them. It gave me a little more cash to spend and I did spend. I know I made some vendors happy with buying both new and used parts!! My amigo's from my car club (TMC) had a vender space and those guys did pretty well selling used parts. I guess all in all It depended on what you were selling!! I am glad you guys did well Amanda!! :2thumbs:

I'm just glad you didn't get arrested like some of the other venders!   :dunno:
