72-74 Challenger Driver's Side Partial Header Panel
« on: October 07, 2008 - 10:58:00 AM »
Title pretty well says it all. I need the outermost curve on the driver's side. Looking for cheap, as this is all for a mock-up project I'm working on.

Hey, Coupman. I basically need this, but for the other (driver's) side. Even less would be OK, as long as the far left side was good.

ChallengerHK,
I have the driver's side of what you are showing. Overall it looks to be in the same usable condition as yours, particularly the area that caps the front of the fender, but but shorter as it doesn't have the curved section around the grille.
The backside along the top of the fender trim contour has 2 studs that appear broken, One is about 3/8" long and the other perhaps 1/2". Further down is an empty hole.  $30+ shipping.

If you need pics, I have a 35mm camera but with a new roll of film. I'll need to get a bunch of other stuff together to finish the roll. I haven't had time to learn my digital camera yet to work through my computer.

If you or anyone you know happens to be going to Rockingham, NC for the IHRA World Finals Oct. 16-19, I'll be there and you can see it in person first and save shipping. A friend/racer, Chip Johnson of Pocket Change vending lives in Fayetteville and will be there too.

I'm near Daytona Beach, FL

Thanks to Locomotion, but I'm looking for something cheap-cheap. Being out of work for 7 months makes me very sensitive to the outlay of cash . Anybody?
