Your Exhaust results
« on: July 25, 2008 - 12:47:16 PM »
Thought I would start this thread since I can't seem to find one directly for this topic. I recently had some exhaust work done on my car and I think improved the sound.  This thread is for all to post their results of their exhaust work.  Who has the best RUMBLE???  My link is........  http://www.papadaveonline.com/videos.html .  Go to the bottom of the page and you can hear the difference from the the Thrush muffs to the new Flo....I think this thread should  really SOUND OFF.............

And for the heck of it, my son did a video last Sunday and did some editing and turned it into a 1970 home movie with the liney and grainy effects of the 70's. :burnout:

No sound bites for mine.   :walkaway:

To be honest, I don't know what I have, but I love them. Nice mild rumble, that doesn't give me a headache after 20 minutes on the Hiway. I want to say they are Flowmaster 50 series(I was told that), but Ive heard Flowmaster's, and these aren't it.   :clueless:

Just at idle, I love it. Nice muscle car sound, loud enough to warn others she's coming the but not top fuel, hate driving due to droaning loud. In car is nice with the Dynomax, burbles nicely in 2nd when the rpms drop after revving up or coming down an incline. System: tti Headers, X-Pipe and Dynomax Super Turbo muffler system with 2-1/2" exhaust tips that are stock appearing.

Both the Flowmasters and Dynomax sound great in my opinion. Sorta hard to go wrong. :)

I agree Will and was going to post that but I had some couriers at the door so cut my message short lol.
If it's a MoPar under the hood with even a stock exhaust, it sounds good.
