1970 Mesh center grill
« on: June 15, 2008 - 10:45:36 PM »
Does anyone have the mesh center for a 70 Challenger grill, I just need it for a few pieces. Plus a 70 R/T grill emblem.

I have heard that the center mesh is the same as the mesh that covers florescent lights and is available at an electrical supply store. I have never tried it. If it is true let me know.

I'll have to check that out, but if anyone has a used mesh center (it doesn't have to be perfect) I need it for parts.

Just to add a little more info the mesh in my 70 challenger is the same sort of mesh in my 69 cuda.Maybe other 69/70 mopars utilized the same mesh?No Aussie mopars had this mesh.
