Phooey on the front bumper guards!  I guess that's what my car should have come with, which tells me that a previous owner swamped bumpers on my car.  Good thing too!!   :eek4:

Would that be classed as a Sand Bar now  :dunno: :poopoke: :smilielol:

I love the dogdish look. i dabbled with doing that earlier, i still might... but for now im running rallyes. My car has alot of chrome to dull down with the standard rims, so not sure. That 73 looks awesome!!

Body color wheels were gone after '71, weren't they?  They were all black after '71.

Mike

:iagree:  I think you're correct.  I have to check my steel wheels, but I think they are black.
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Were the Magnum wheels available in 73?  Mine came with them on it but it's a end of run 74.

My brother also bought a 74 and it came with body color steel wheels and caps.  Course the body was black...

According to Barry's link on page 1, it looks like the 14" Magnums were available for '73.  '74, I dunno...  :dunno:

I see that now.  The link wouldn't work for me this morning, does now.  I did learn from it that mine has optional HD suspension based on the wheel/tire package.
