seatbelt questions

Can anyone tell me if the Sealbelts in 1973 Mopars are the same?  In other words, are A-body seatbelts the same as E-body and B-body belts in 1973?


Also, I know '74 belts are comepletely different but are they the same between '72 and '73?  What about '70 and '71.

70 seatbelts are 70 only. and 71 seatbelts are 71 only. I'm not sure about the 72-74.

I'm not much help here, but if you are trying to match another body style belt to an E-Body, I really doubt it would work.

The only hope I can offer you is 72-73 E-Body belts might be the same.

Can't say for absolutely sure but I had a '73 Charger & it seems to me they were the same as my '73 Challenger I also had a Bench seat '73 Duster & I'm pretty sure they were different....not to say they could not be made to work.

I guess the problem I have is I don't know what my belts are supposed to look like. I have two '73 barracudas but no belts and I have a '73 Valiant with a bench...

70 & 74 are unique , 72-73 should be the same & B body belts should work
