68 cuda headlight mounting problem
« on: August 11, 2008 - 06:14:53 PM »
Okay, so after sandblasting some parts I realized I only have one headlight assembly.  I will enclose a picture.  Basically I have only one of both of the two parts on the left (ring and cone).  I was wondering if anyone knew where to get 1 more headlight ring (on left) and 1, maybe 2 headlight um.. I am unsure what to call it, but it is a cone shape that goes behind the headlight (it is the center item in the picture).

I know I could go to Stephen's performance (a mopar only junk yard near here) and get one but they are usually high in price and I would love to find one elsewhere if possible.

Anyone know of an online source I could get these from???
Or exactly what the two parts on the left are called so I could search online?

Any help is great, thanks.

I don't think there is anything special about those parts, you should be able to use those from any single headlight a-body, and probably other models, of similar vintage.

You might want to try a salvage yard 1st...there's a lot of little hardware/springs involved that the ebay may not include
