    My car had sat for roughly 20 years & had creeks that pretty much went away when I greased the ball joints & tie rod ends.    Have you done any work on the front suspension yet?

    Have you replaced the upper & lower controll arm bushings?...Shocks?

    I haven`t replaced any parts in the front suspension-yet...

    If your not ready to do a suspension rebuild best thing would be to soak each pivot point with penetrating spray lubricant.... do one at a time & see if you can tell any change & you will know what parts to target.

    My passenger side strut rod began to creek, really loud!

    After inspecting to make sure nothing was wore, loose or damaged, I lubed all points as said above and that took care of it.
