Door hinge

Iv'e been living with it for too long now, my drivers door doesn't shut right unless I pick up on it and slam it.I'm fairly new to the e-bodies , is there a way to ajust the hinge ?or do I need to just put another one on?

it is adjustable , but the bolts are difficult to get at , you need to pull the kick panel to get to the lkower bolts & go behind the dash to get the upper hinge bolts , to make things woirse some are facing inside & some outside , make sure the pins are ok Before adjusting though
