CME starts out at a base price for a block assembly, long block or complete engine. From there you can upgrade things like crank, pistons, cam, intake, carb rockers, etc. CME sent a video and actually print out sheet of my engine on the dyno, and the engine is warrantied for a year with an optional 2nd year if you want. I compared MANY crate builders and local engine builders and CME was the best bang for my buck. They also had good customer service compared to other shops. Indy actually said "we don't have time to take your order". The only thing to consider with a local builder is if you have problems they are close to you rather than having to pull the engine and ship it back.
