There is a plastic piece that bolts in that is missing.

Wow someone has great eyes.  What a pickup.  That car looks like trouble and the reason you should never buy a car without going to look at it first.  Someone will buy it though and have fun spending a boatload fixing all the painted over rust.

Haha, it does look an awful lot like "Dad's Cuda", but it doesn't look like a an FC7 car, rather an EV2 'Cuda, as per the chipping paint in the door jams revealing the paint that lies beneath its plum crazy exterior.
