    Yes.  It has a 70 look now.  It was involved because you just can't swap them--the brackets are specific to certain years....  The swap got started because the chrome on the 74 bumpers was paper thin...and translucent.  Oh who am I kidding?--That's just a nice way of saying they were rusted through.
