I love the new Challenger but also love the Mustang-I think both look a little puffy compared to the originals.The Camaro on the other hand-  :puke:

I like all three, with the Challenger being the one I want.  But you really can't go wrong with any on em.   :2thumbs:

When did we lose you...

I'm going to guess we "lost" him when every one else who switched brands and bought Mustangs was lost - when Mopar was late to the game with a rear wheel drive 2-door V8 muscle car, and some idiot making millions of dollars a year at GM made the unbelieveable decision to axe the Camaro and Firebird/Trans-Am.  As I recall, the clown at GM stated there was no market in America anymore for 2-door sport coupes.  Uh huh.  How many Mustangs did Ford sell the first year of the current design?  Mopar fans have only been asking for something like the Challenger for 25 years...........

There were many times in the last ten years that I considered switching brands, but in the end I always kept myself content with hot 4 and 6-cylinder Mopars (GLHS Omni, Shelby Daytona, Stratus R/T, Stealth R/T, SRT-4 Neon).  But I have been tempted.  Now that the new Chally is here, I don't have a wandering eye anymore.

Wow, that Camaro is a LOT bigger than I thought it would be. Looks to be very close in size to the Chally. Wonder how much it is going to weigh?

If I remember correctly it is 3800-3900 lbs. So it's 200-300 lbs lighter than the Challenger. Still too heavy though.

They're all cool, and I'd be happy to own any one of them, but as a retro car, I think Ford nailed it the best. Chally is second. Camaro is third. Charger and GTO are just jokes.

Challenger by a country mile. Not a biased decision, just look at it.......it's menacing.

   :iagree:  Fraud always come a distant 4th IMO, they look the part, but usually all show and no go. Always have to spend much more to make a fraud go and there is the reliablity issue. I would sooner spend my money on something which is reliable and make it excel against the others.   :burnout:    :cheers:

The fully loaded V8 Camaro will top out at 4,000 lbs according to Car & Driver (for what that's worth), so it will be dead on with the Challenger R/T, and about 100 lbs lighter than the SRT8.

Chrysler has also been saying there`s no market for a 2 dr sports car but has finally woke up after all the new Mustangs that have been sold.

According to Chevrolet the weights are as follows:
LT w/auto 3750 lbs.
LTw/manual 3741
LS w/auto 3769
LS w/manual 3780
SS w/auto 3913
SS w/manual 3860

LS and LT have a 3.6l V6 with 300hp and 273 lb ft.
SS has a 6.2l V8 with 422 hp and 408 lb ft. (manual) / 400 hp and 395 lb ft. (auto)

Of course I would choose the Challenger, but I just like the photo because 5 years ago I never would have thought I would get to see all three of them NEW.
