Gauge restorers
« on: August 07, 2008 - 04:41:10 PM »
For B-bodys I see a lot of people restoring and selling ralley clusters but I don't see any "specialists" on ebay doing the same for E-bodys
or have I only missed them?

I went to Auto Instruments (http://www.autoinstruments.com/mopar.htm), they recalibrated and restored my gauges for about $500. Included in that price was turning my clock into a quartz movement. It will now work more than two days at a time!

I want to upgrade to the ralleymodel but want to be sure it works and is the right thing. Have seen some on ebay but don't trust
comments like "should work according to previous owner" or "worked last time in a car". I rather pay some moore if I know It's the real deal.
Bought one for my -68 Charger R/T resto from a known restorer and it's worth every dollar.

Hi Guys, Thanks for the compliments above. I'd be happy to offer any help I can. If you check out my web page, shoot me an email or PM me here. We are the only gauge company that refinishes the dials using the factory original process. If gauges that look NOS is your bag. We're your company. We also can re-face gauges using the same method in any array of colors.

Thanks again

Mike
