1973 Challenger Rallye, 318-3spd
« on: August 29, 2008 - 04:06:34 PM »
1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye which is either a great parts car, or a very big project.

An original Ohio car that was street driven until 1998. Went in for a resto and never came out. I bought it in 2006 and hauled it back to toronto. Factory rallye car, KB5 Lucerne Blue Metallic, 318, 3psd, power steering, manual disc brakes, rallye dash, dual sport mirrors. Interior was black.

Many rust issues. Floors & trunk gone. rust on front & rear rails. passenger door and fender very rusty. , roof has bubbles around the corners. Rally hood slightly rusty at front, has bubbles at front and rust showing undeneath. Quarters are obivious. Gas tank, decklid, mirrors and front valance are gone. so are the wheels & mirrors

Have almost all the trim & interior. Complete rally dash. Clock works not so sure the tach does. Drivers door is decent, drivers fender is useable (looks good outside some rust underneath, headlight bucket bad), also have rust free passenger fender with several dents. bumpers are ok, but faded & pitted. I have the original engine & trans, and they would go with the car.

Also have a 66 383 out of a Polara, 833 4spd and 26" OE rad. extra 741 case 3rd-member. extra rally hood with less rust. I have more detailed parts pictures if you want

Not sure if I'm off base here but thinking $1800 for the car.  I was going to sell sell the extra stuff seperately, but we could do a package deal if you wanted everything. I'd prefer to sell the whole thing, but I may part the dash, brakes, etc. if noone wants the whole car.

If it was built on March 8th... I'll take it!
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Still available - Cody, are you look for a particular car? Stickers still on the door, so I'll check. When I'm at the shop again.

Fenders are useable. L- rust is headlight bucket. right, rust free but dented.  Here are some pics.
