Lower 1/4 patch panel Cuda 70-74?

OK, maybe some of you seasoned members will have an idea.
I need a lower patch for the rear quarter of a 70-71 Cuda.
I found a patch, but obviously they are 72-74 due to the marker lights.
Part of the area I need is the marker light.
I don't need a whole skin, as you can get those with the proper side marker light relief.

Here is what I have found, and would be perfect but..

Am I looking for an item that does not exist, or as in a post I read earlier, if I need that marker light it will have to be cut from elsewhere/buy a whole skin?

I think PG classics has just the side marker cutout available.

How much of the patch do you need?  Maybe you can just use below that for your patch?

Yea, we are good.

Yep his Cuda has taking up residence in my garage to get it done.
The plan is to have it ready for paint before the snow flies.
