Beware eBay alphamusclecar
« on: October 31, 2008 - 02:00:06 PM »
I bought a set of sway bar end links from this car near the beginning of September. They were supposed to be new and sealed in bags. When I got them the bags were opened and a piece (one of the spacer shafts) was missing. I wrote him to tell him about it and got no response until I entered an ebay dispute, then he contacted me and wanted to know what all the fuss was about.

Since then he's taken his time to make this right. He's told me three times that he was sending out a replacement, starting just after the dispute. I finally got it today (about a month later) and it's the wrong piece (about half an inch shorter).

None of this is the end of the world. I just want folks here to be aware of him and to avoid him. His name is Bruce something or other (I'll find the last name if anyone wants it) and he's in Kentucky.
