I turned the key and the starter gave a half crank and the relay just started to rapidly click.

Put a different battery in it.   Yours is dead and will not take a jump.

A cell might have gone bad on you and you are only getting 10 volts.  What kind of a reading do you get with a volt meter?  With nothing turned on and the battery sitting it should be about 12.1 to 12.4 volts.  If its anything below 12 volts then try a different battery.

I don't have a volt meter so when my wife gets home in a while i'll pull her battery and try it in my car. Man i sure hope its the battery and not the starter cause if i have to pull the starter, it's going to be a pain in the a**

The headers will have to come out and the bolts to the headers look very very hard to get to.

I bought a cheap $15 multimeter a few years back.  It is really an indispensable tool.  Perhaps if you've got a Harbor Freight around you could pick one up.  I find that troubleshooting is much much easier when you can test for voltage and resistance.
