    First NHRA race at Charlotte's new drag strip

    So the inaugural race at Charlotte's Zmax drag strip starts Thursday and runs through Sunday.  I have tickets for Saturday and should be exiting.  The drivers who have visited the complex said it is the Taj Mahal of strips.  My understanding is that there are still general admissionn tickets available.     :burnout:

    Funny Story...
    Rockingham dragway mailed out a bunch of free tickets to their race the same weekend...  I got three at work today.
    Guess this new strip is scaring the competition a little.
    I drove by it Saturday and it looks nice.  Right next to the speedway too.  I would love to run the Cuda down that track once for grins...  Maybe soon.

    I've heard it's the nicest facility yet. Can't wait to see it.
