Went to Carlisle this year as well for the first time, and although the fervor has no doubt died down by this time, I just joined the forum so I'll post now anyhow. I was not initially planning on going, especially as the weekend fell on the 22nd anniversary of my marriage to my very patient wife. When she found out about the show, believe it or not, SHE SUGGESTED WE GO AS OUR ANNIVERSARY TRIP!!!!! Yes, you heard that right. The only caveat was that I take her to a nice dinner on Friday night. NO PROBLEM THERE HONEY! We had an absolutely fantastic time, and she hung in there with me as I literally went from car to car, and I love to talk to owners as well so it took a good long while to make it through each row, then each section.....
Her favorite section? Obviously the pink room. Perhaps we'll have to do something about that for her some day....
