One of the last Challengers ever built
« on: September 23, 2008 - 12:26:37 AM »
Help!! I'm the original owner of a '74 Challenger built (or scheduled to be built) on Friday 4/26/74, and would like to know how to find out how far from the end of Challenger production my car was built. The very last Challenger ever built has supposedly been documented as such. But who knows-mine could possibly be the next to the last one!! Anybody got any ideas?

The last Challenger has been well documented years ago in the magazines.  It's FE5 bright red with a white top.  I remember seeing a story where a pole fell on the roof and hurt it pretty bad but I believe it has been restored since then.

Sorry I don't have any VIN numbers or build dates from it.    I bet some Challenger folks on this site know all about it though

Welcome btw

Hey Randy is that you? :clueless:
I'm not having any luck figuring this out. What was the last day of production for the 74 Challenger???????????
Are you going back to the show in Middlebury Thursday night?
Take care, see ya,
Glenn
